Do you charge a call-out fee to come to my suburb?
For all standard Metro Canberra suburbs (including Gungahlin, Belconnen, Civic, Woden, Weston Creek, and Tuggeranong), there is absolutely zero call-out fee. You only pay our affordable hourly rate for the time our technician spends actively diagnosing and working on your device.
How quickly can a mobile technician reach me?
Because we strategically station our mobile vans across both the Northside and Southside of Canberra, we can typically offer same-day service for critical IT emergencies if you book before 10:00 AM. For standard issues, we can usually accommodate you within 24 hours.
What if my computer can’t be fixed at my house?
Most software and minor hardware issues (like RAM upgrades or virus removals) are completed onsite. However, if your device requires complex micro-soldering (like liquid damage repair) or data recovery, we will safely disconnect it, take it to our secure lab for repair, and deliver it back to you once finished.
