No. We do not charge call-out fees or travel fees for standard Metro Canberra suburbs. You only pay our standard hourly rate for the time the technician is at your home helping you (minus your 10% seniors discount on labour).
How long does a typical visit take?
Most general troubleshooting—like setting up a printer, fixing an email password, or teaching you how to use a new iPad—is comfortably completed within the first hour of our visit.
Is it safe to let your technician into my home?
