How long does it take to fix my laptop?
For urgent software issues, virus removals, or standard SSD upgrades, we can usually fix the computer onsite within 1-2 hours. If you need a specific hardware part (like a MacBook screen or Dell charging port), we will order it immediately and install it as soon as it arrives—usually within 1-3 business days.
Do you charge a travel fee to come to campus?
No. We do not charge call-out fees or travel fees for any standard metro Canberra locations, which includes all university campuses (ANU, UC, ACU) and surrounding student suburbs like Bruce, Belconnen, Acton, and Braddon.
