Can you transfer my old programs to my new computer?
We can safely transfer all your personal files, documents, photos, and emails. However, most software programs (like Microsoft Office, MYOB, or Adobe suite) cannot simply be copied over; they must be freshly installed on the new computer using your original license keys. We handle this entire installation process for you during the appointment.
Do I have to create a Microsoft account to use Windows 11?
Microsoft heavily pushes users to create online accounts during the initial Windows 11 setup, which automatically syncs your private data to OneDrive. However, our technicians know the specific workarounds to bypass this requirement and set up your new computer using a traditional, private “Local Account” if you prefer to keep your data strictly on the device.
Can you connect my old printer to my new laptop?
