Do you charge a call-out fee to come to my house?
For standard Metro Canberra suburbs (including Gungahlin, Belconnen, Civic, Woden, Weston Creek, and Tuggeranong), there is no call-out fee. You only pay the hourly rate for the time the technician is actively working on your device. A small travel fee only applies to extended regional areas like Bungendore or Murrumbateman.
How long does a typical computer repair take?
Most common software issues, such as virus removals, slow computer tune-ups, or printer network setups, are easily resolved within the first hour of service. We work efficiently to keep your bill as cheap as possible.
Are you cheaper than the Apple Store?
Yes, significantly. Because we repair components at a microscopic level rather than just swapping out entire expensive motherboards, our MacBook and iMac repairs are far more affordable and budget-friendly than official out-of-warranty channels.
