Why We Started Tech Fixer

Years ago, we noticed a problem in the Canberra IT market. You essentially had two bad choices:

The "Big Box" Store

Where you have to unplug your heavy PC, drive to Fyshwick, find parking, and wait 2 weeks for a simple fix.

The "National" Chain

Where you call a 1800 number in Melbourne, and they send a random subcontractor who doesn't care about your data.

We built Tech Fixer to be the third option. A dedicated, mobile workshop that brings the tools, parts, and expertise directly to your door.
